Refund Process for Cancellations:

Once we receive your cancellation request and the returned Goods, we will initiate a refund within 14 days using the same payment method you used for the order. No additional fees will be charged for the refund.

3. Conditions for Returns

To qualify for a return, the following conditions must be met:

✅ Return Period: The Goods must have been purchased within the last 7 days.
✅ Packaging: The Goods must be in their original packaging and in unused condition.

Non-Returnable Goods:

Non-Refundable Items:

Only regular-priced Goods are eligible for refunds. Unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded, unless required by applicable law.

5. Gift Returns

🎁 Gift Purchases:

• If the Goods were marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to You, You will receive a gift credit for the returned item’s value. A gift certificate will be mailed to You after we receive the returned product.
• If the Goods weren’t marked as a gift, or if the gift giver had the Order shipped to themselves first, we will issue the refund to the original purchaser.
